In part one of our Roadmap to OASIS Data Accuracy series, we will introduce the changes present in OASIS-C2 from the previous OASIS data set, OASIS -C1. We’ll also provide an overview of OASIS documentation and why it matters. The foundation will be laid for understanding how proper OASIS documentation relates to patient outcomes and the success of the agency through the delivery of home care process.

This comprehensive OASIS training will prepare agencies for the quality review, and set standards that will carry over to process measures and star ratings. With the right OASIS foundation in place, agencies will be prepared to accurately document the delivery of care.
