Andrew Meyer
RN, BSN
Dallas, TX What people said about Andrew: Originally from North Carolina, Andrew worked for 17 years as a field paramedic, supervisor and director of emergency medical services education. He moved to emergency department work and received his associate’s in nursing. As a nurse, he worked in a major trauma center for seven years and progressed to charge clinician. He transitioned from emergent to intensive care for six years in cardiac, medical-surgical and cardiothoracic units while achieving his BSN. Drew moved to Dallas to work in nursing management and quality and performance improvement. He now enjoys making a difference in his home health patients’ lives—helping them during their most vulnerable time—and making them smile during his visits. |
Cory Crenshaw
RN
Chicago, IL What people said about Cory: Cory’s 10-year healthcare journey started in high school. She took an elective CNA class and knew immediately that nursing was her passion. In college, despite having her first child, she graduated and began working in an operating room, a nursing home and in home health. She has also been promoted to leadership roles, but she prefers bedside nursing. She enjoys caring for patients in their own home and building relationships with them. When she sees patients achieve their goals, that is very rewarding for her. In her free time, she watches sports, goes shopping, spends time outdoors and vacations with her husband and three children. |

She now enjoys working as a home health nurse and case manager, but also travels with her childhood sweetheart in her free time. |
